Simien Trekking – Ethiopia from a Bird’s Eye View – 6 Days

Trek 5–6 hours toward Geech Camp, passing the impressive Jinbar Waterfall (approx. 500 m descent). In the late afternoon, hike to Kedadit Viewpoint (3,750 m) to enjoy panoramic sunset views over the escarpments. Overnight at Geech Camp.

Trek 7–8 hours via Imet Gogo Viewpoint (3,926 m), one of the most spectacular vantage points in the park, and continue to Enatey Viewpoint (4,070 m). Overnight at Chennek Camp.

Hike to Buahit Peak, the second-highest summit in the Simien Mountains (approx. 3–4 hours). Enjoy breathtaking views of the highlands before returning to Chennek Camp. Overnight at Chennek Camp.

Drive back to Gondar (approx. 4 hours). In the afternoon, explore some of the city’s main historical landmarks:

Transfer to Gondar Airport for your domestic flight to Addis Ababa.
